Top-ranked Jannik Sinner successfully defended his Wimbledon title on Saturday, defeating Alexander Zverev in a four-set battle. Sinner overcame a first-set tiebreak loss to secure the victory with a final scoreline of 6-7(7), 7-6(2), 6-3, 6-4. This impressive performance marks the Italian's fifth Grand Slam championship and cements his dominance on the grass courts of the All England Club. Zverev fought valiantly throughout the match, but Sinner's consistency proved too difficult to overcome in the later stages. With this win, Sinner continues to widen the gap at the top of the ATP rankings. Does this victory solidify Sinner as the clear favorite for the upcoming hard court swing?

I think hard courts are still Sinner's best surface.

After that, I think there's still a chance he ends up with more French Opens than Wimbledons.

I wonder if anyone had a 2 win deficit at a major, before it became their most prolific one?

Man or woman.

I feel bad for Zverev. Tactically, he did nothing wrong.

He did everything he could have and should have to try and beat Sinner, while still playing within himself.

Whereas in some of his other past matches at majors, sometimes you feel like he could have done more, or done something different.
